It means that the  good person you are is better than the most biggest achievement. A good name refers to a person who is caring, responsible, respectful, and has every other good quality. It is better because it helps you be that person. While achievement is good, it isn’t better than a good name because an achievement really big just means you have done something, and may not help you as a person. A huge achievement can make you famous, but not a person with a good name.
