The two student success statement of today are “Right is right, even if everyone is against it” and “wrong is wrong, even if everyone is for it”. This was written by William Penn. So the first quote mean that no matter if everyone doesn’t go along with your choice, it is still right. In many cases we know what is correct and maybe your friends don’t get along with it. Imagine your friends are planning to do something bad like vandalizing the school. You say you won’;t go along with them. Though, if everyone thinks something isn’t wrong, it is still wrong, no matter what. No matter how many people go for the bad, it won’t change the fact that it is bad. An example would be many people using drugs on a party. You know it’s bad, but everyone is using it, so it isn’t bad, right? Well no matter how many people are doing bad, you know you shouldn’t follow. Also, if everyone is against what you think, even if it’s right, just follow whats correct.

"Don't Sacrifice what you want most for what you want now. Write down what you want most and see it often." was written by Peter Vidmar. Peter was the gold medal athlete in gymnasium, so his statement must work for everyone. It means that you should work for something you really want instead of wasting time on something you enjoy. It also means that you should write down what you want and avoid things that can destroy that goal. We all have something we want and we try to work for it. Though usually it's hard to work for it because there is some obstacles. These choices and obstacles can only avoid our thing that we want. An example would be trying to lose weight. You try to lose weight, but then your friends invite you to eat. You were gonna go work out, so you have a decision. From the statement above, you should go work out to lose weight.

Definition: A homecoming where we welcome back students who used to attend to a school/college . It is a tradition because it usually happens on October or September.   Homecoming started since the early 1910s. Baylor University had the idea but didn’t use it. The first homecoming event was by Illinois in 1910. In a match between Tigers and Jay Hawks, the director Chester Brewer said to come home, where a lot of former students went.This tradition of homecoming spread throughout the country. We celebrate because we celebrate it to those who used to go to the school. And we also celebrate it to show our school spirit. We call it homecoming because it originated from what Chester Brewer said. He said come home to former students,, which means to go visit the school you came from. It changed to homecoming, meaning almost the same thing. Even though many schools have their own tradition, most of the time there is a game, then there is a semi-formal game. There is sometimes a parade to celebrate those former students.

I say homecoming is very good to those students who went to that school. It shows how we still honor former students.

“A Good name is better than anything you can achieve in life” was written by the coach Mike K. This comes from the coach who has had over 1000 victories with his team. It means that the  good person you are is better than the most biggest achievement. A good name refers to a person who is caring, responsible, respectful, and has every other good quality. It is better because it helps you be that person. While achievement is good, it isn’t better than a good name because an achievement really big just means you have done something, and may not help you as a person. A huge achievement can make you famous, but not a person with a good name.

Mexico: English teacher-This job is a good career in Mexico because they have a high payment per hour. It would be best if you work in Mexico D.F because there is a lot of employment for foreign speakers. You can also become an electronic engineers, and it is a good job because it is very good payment per hour.                       France: Artist- In france, there is many opportunities to become an artist. It is a good opportunity because drawing and painting is something many people from France enjoy. And it has an above average payment. Technician- In France, there is opportunities to become a technician. It is a good job because it has a pretty high payment per hour. Russia: Teacher(any)_ It doesn’t matter if you become an english,science, math, etc, teacher, you will earn good salary. Reflection: I would like to become a english teacher in Mexico. They pay very well if you teach any foreign language in Mexico City. I would work because they pay very well, and there’s many job opportunities to become a foreign language teacher.
