"A CTR champion is a person who makes a great human out of himself" means that the best ctr person will make the greatest pesoon of himself that would have good qualities. These qualities would be being honest and obedience. A ctr person is a person who does good choices. A ctr champion would be a person who does good choices and has other great qualities. We would sometimes not try to become the greatest of ourselves. An example would be a man who never does any drugs and chooses correct decisions. One day he saw a homeless guy said he wanted money, but the ctr guy didn't donate any money because he didn't have time to do so. If he had time to donate, he would. See in this instance, even though the ctr guy does the correct choices, he doesn't fully become a ctr champion. So we have to become a choose every correct choice, and become a good generous person of how we can possibly be.
