"Obedience is the great test of life" means a lot in your life. There is many reasons why it is very important. Obedience really is a test of your life because you are showing how to manage life with your decisions. In just one single day, you would have done several "test" to show how obedient you are. If you fail it, it may come to show that you are irresponsible and aren't prepared for life. If you  pass a single test, it may come to show that you are responsible and that you may do correct choices in life. Though, just because you were obedient in a moment doesn't mean you'll still be obedient in the future. As a small kid, you could be super obedient, but growing as a teen, you may not be obedient as you were at the past. Overtime, you'll have to be obedient in order to have success in life. An example would be you getting a job, which is simply to carry supplies for the factory. One day, you decide not to carry the boxes of supplies into cargo truck. A few hours later, the boss fires you for not listening. That is why you should be obedient.
